We guarantee full disclosure on every animal that is sold from our property.

We guarantee the animal to be healthy before leaving our property. No refunds on animals after they leave our property.

We sell on a first come basis, unless a deposit has been paid.

Deposits are non-refundable.

We request a 50% deposit to hold an animal, and payment in full before the animal leaves the property.

Should something happen to the animal the deposit was paid on, the buyer will have first choice of remaining animals or may have a refund.

Checks must clear before the animal leaves. Cash is always welcome.

We will hold a goat for 30 days from date of purchase for free. After 30 days $1/day will be added, unless other arrangements have been made.

Transport of animals is buyers responsibility.
